PROCESSING TIME
All orders are handpacked with care and typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship only to addresses in Canada and the United States from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

CARRIERS
We primarily ship through Chit Chats. Depending on destination, service availability, parcel requirements, or operational needs, we may use Canada Post or another tracked carrier.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
• Canada: 3–7 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days

SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is available on orders of CAD $100+ to Canada or USD $100+ to the United States. For orders below the free-shipping threshold, available tracked shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or remote locations.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Orders to the United States cross an international border and may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, brokerage, or other charges where applicable. Unless a charge is collected or stated otherwise at checkout, destination charges assessed by authorities or carriers are the buyer's responsibility.

TRACKING
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at service@easternmetaphysics.art and we will investigate with the carrier.
