Return & Refund Policy

Eastern Metaphysics offers individually selected pottery and natural-stone bracelets. We aim to photograph and describe each item accurately so you can make an informed choice before purchasing.

Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind. We accept return requests only for items that arrive damaged, are incorrect, or materially differ from their description.

How to Report an Issue

Please contact us at service@easternmetaphysics.art within 7 days of delivery, including your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Please keep the item in the condition in which it was received. You may unpack it to inspect it and take photos. Retain the packaging where safe to do so, and do not use, alter, or further damage the item. Please do not send items back before receiving our instructions.

Return Shipping

If a return is required for a confirmed issue, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange return shipping at our expense. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for a confirmed damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item.

Depending on the issue, we may resolve your request based on photos without requiring the item to be returned.

If we require a return, please hand the parcel to the carrier within 3 calendar days of return approval. This is the dispatch deadline, not the deadline for the parcel to reach us. The carrier acceptance record will be used to confirm dispatch.

Refunds & Replacements

For a confirmed issue, we will refund the affected item's purchase price and the original shipping charge attributable to that item, or, with your agreement and subject to availability, provide a replacement at no cost to you. Because many items are one of a kind, an identical replacement may not be available.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If a return is required, we will confirm approval after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Shipping
